§ 51.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to violate the provisions of §§ 51.025 to 51.027, 51.030, or 51.034, and such violation shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
