The customer’s system should be open for inspection at all reasonable times to the Superintendent or other authorized representatives of the Water Department to determine whether cross-connections or other structural or sanitary hazards, including violations of this subchapter, exist. When such a condition becomes known, the Superintendent shall notify the consumer and give a reasonable period of time to correct the condition.
