§ 51.066 RESPONSIBILITY FOR OBSTRUCTING OR DAMAGING SEWERS.
   If a public sewer becomes obstructed or damaged because any of the aforementioned substances were improperly discharged, the person or persons responsible for such discharge shall be billed and shall pay for the expenses incurred by the town in cleaning out, repairing or rebuilding the sewer.
