§ 51.007 PROHIBITED CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   The town shall prohibit any new connections from inflow sources into the sanitary sewer portions of the sewerage system and shall ensure that new sewers and connections to the sanitary sewers are properly designed and connected.
   (B)   The town shall not approve any new connection into the sanitary sewers which will cause overloading.
