§ 70.042 SPEED ON ROADWAYS IN TOWN.
   In accordance with I.C. 9-21-5-6(b), all streets within the town shall have a speed limit of 25 miles per hour, except those streets which are listed in Schedule I: Speed Limits on Certain Street Segments. No person shall drive a vehicle in excess of this limit.
