§ 34.27 CONSEQUENCES.
   (A)   First offense: If a purchasing agent does not follow the policy a verbal notification will be given by the Clerk-Treasurer.
   (B)   Second offense: A written reprimand will be given by the Clerk-Treasurer and copy given to the Council.
   (C)   Third offense: Purchasing rights revoked.
