§ 32.16 OPIOID SETTLEMENT FUNDS.
   (A)   There is hereby established the Town of Otterbein Restricted Opioid Settlement Fund, Number 2257 (the "Restricted Fund").
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer is directed to deposit into such fund all restricted settlement funds received by the town.
   (C)   The Town Council shall approve the expenditure of all such deposited restricted funds for lawful purposes, which pertain to the treatment, education and prevention of opioid use disorders.
   (D)   There is hereby established the Town of Otterbein Unrestricted Opioid Settlement Fund, Number 2256 (the "Unrestricted Fund").
   (E)   The Clerk-Treasurer is directed to deposit into such fund all unrestricted settlement funds received by the town.
   (F)   The Town Council shall approve the expenditure of all such deposited unrestricted funds for lawful purposes.
   (G)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall comply with all reporting requirements required by the state for the expenditure of the funds, if any.
