(A) All sewers and watermains shall be located within easements outside of the public road right-of-way. The easement shall be of adequate size and location for access, maintenance and/or replacement of the utility. All easements shall be dedicated to the Town of Otterbein. The town shall approve easement location and size as part of the plan approval process. The town reserves the right to modify proposed easement limits.
(B) All storm drainage easement requirements of Tippecanoe County shall be met.
