The provisions of this chapter shall be deemed as additional requirements to minimum standards required by other applicable ordinances of the Town of Otterbein, Benton County, and/or Tippecanoe County. Those areas of Tippecanoe County that are within the Town Corporation limits of the Town of Otterbein are subject to and governed by the Benton County planning, zoning and building regulations. In the case of conflicting requirements of this chapter and applicable Tippecanoe or Benton County ordinances, the most restrictive shall apply.
