§ 95.04 REIMBURSEMENT FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT.

   The town shall reimburse:

   (A)   Homeowners $4 per lineal foot; and

   (B)   Business owners $8 per lineal foot, of replaced sidewalks, upon the following conditions:

      (1)   The homeowner or business owner informs officials from the town in advance of construction of the replacement sidewalk;

      (2)   The homeowner’s or business owner’s plans are acceptable to the town; and

      (3)   The replacement sidewalks are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)- compliant.
