§ 35.01 DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Department of Redevelopment (the “Department of Redevelopment”), which shall be entitled to exercise all the rights, powers, privileges and immunities accorded to such Department by the Act (I.C. 36-7-14).
   (B)   Such Department of Redevelopment shall be under the control of a Board of five voting members and one non-voting member to be known as the Redevelopment Commission.
