AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE AMENDED CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR

OTTERBEIN, INDIANA

   WHEREAS, the Otterbein Town Council adopted its recodified “Code of Ordinances of Otterbein” (the “Code” or “Code of Ordinances”) on October 21, 2014 and amended it on January 5, 2016; and

   WHEREAS, since the adoption and amendment of the Code of Ordinances, several amendments have been made to the Code, which the Otterbein Town Council desires to add to the Code of Ordinances; and

   WHEREAS, revised pages reflecting the amendments to the Code of Ordinances passed between January 5, 2016 and February 20, 2018, have been prepared, and the Otterbein Town Council desires to adopt the Code of Ordinances, with the amended pages inserted, as the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Otterbein, Indiana.

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY OF THE TOWN OF OTTERBEIN:

   That the Code of Ordinances, with the amended pages reflecting changes to the Code between January 5, 2016 and February 20, 2018, is hereby adopted as and shall constitute the “Code of Ordinances of Otterbein,” as that Code of Ordinances may be amended from time to time.
