§ 30.17 FILING OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES AND THE LIKE.

All proposed ordinances, petitions and written communications of every character to the Council shall be filed with the Town Clerk-Treasurer by 4:00 p.m., six days prior to any regular or special meeting of the Council, in order to be considered at such meeting of the Council. A proposed ordinance shall be filed with an original and ten copies.
