Replacement meters and antenna lids. In the event that the property owner or other responsible party shall inadvertently damage an installed water meter or antenna lid, the property owner or the responsible party shall receive a written warning from the town explaining that future damage to the installed water meter or antenna lid shall be billed to the property owner or other responsible party. Upon the second or subsequent occurrence of damage to an installed water meter or antenna lid or any time the installed water meter or antenna lid is intentionally damaged, the property owner or other responsible party shall pay for the cost of the replacement water meter and/or antenna lid to the town.
