§ 30.13 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   The regular order of business of the Council shall be as follows:
   (A)   Call to order;
   (B)   Approval of minutes of previous meeting as distributed;
   (C)   Claims;
   (D)   Old business;
   (E)   New business;
   (F)   Public comments; and
   (G)   Adjournment.
