§ 34.21 PURCHASING AGENTS.

The purchasing agents for the Town of Otterbein are: the Clerk/Treasurer, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer, Town Marshal, Town Administrator, Deputy Town Administrator, Water Operator and Wastewater Operator. No other employee is allowed to purchase anything in the name of the town.
