§ 30.03 PRESIDING OFFICER; GENERALLY.

(A) The Council, at its first meeting, shall choose from its members a President and a Vice President, who shall serve until the first Council meeting in January of the next succeeding year, when their successors shall be chosen to serve for one year in like manner.

(B) In the absence of the President, the Vice President shall preside at meetings of the Council.
