1. Chapter 151, relating to unsafe buildings and premises, was repealed by Ord. 2021-0304B, passed 3-29-2021 in its entirety and its provisions were amended into Chapter 91: Nuisances, however any unsafe building order issued under Chapter 151 before its repeal herein shall continue to be determined and governed by the requirements of Chapter 151 in effect at the time the unsafe building order was issued.
