§ 110.01 LICENSES PERMITTED.
   The Town Council does hereby consent that liquor retailers’ permits may be issued to applicants otherwise duly qualified under the law and regulations of the Alcoholic Beverage Commission as created and organized by act of the General Assembly of the state for the year 1945 in respect to premises located within the town.
