§ 93.04 CERTAIN TANKS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, or any employee thereof, to place or store any tanks under or beneath the sidewalks, streets and alleys within the town, or for any such person, firm or corporation to allow, suffer or permit the placing of such tanks beneath the streets, sidewalks and alleys of the town.
