SCHEDULE I. LOADING ZONES.
   (A)   The Town Council is hereby authorized to determine the location of loading zones, and shall place and maintain appropriate signs indicating the same, and stating the hours and days during which the provisions of this section are applicable.
   (B)   Loading zones shall be established at the following locations:
 
Street Name
Side
Location
When Applicable
Columbia Street
West
Half block north of Oxford Street
At all times
