SCHEDULE IV. YIELD STREETS.
   (A)   When signs are erected giving notice thereof, these streets at the following intersections shall be yield streets.
   (B)   Drivers of all vehicles on these streets shall yield the right-of-way, as required by state law, before entering the intersections: South Johnson Street and Third Street.
