Dual driving is prohibited by all trucks and motor vehicles, of gross weight exceeding 5,000 pounds, including its load, on any public street or highway under the jurisdiction of the town. Dual driving is the act of operating within a lane other than the land closest to the curb or extreme right side of the paved portion of a street.
