§ 74.10 TOWN COUNCIL TO DESIGNATE BUS STOPS AND TAXI STANDS.
   The Town Council is hereby authorized to establish bus stops and taxi stands on such public streets, in such places and in such numbers as they shall determine to be of the greatest benefit and convenience to the public, and every such bus stop or taxi stand shall be designated by appropriate signs.
