§ 74.01 STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING PROHIBITED IN LANE OF TRAFFIC.

No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle so as to block any portion of a lane of traffic not designed for parking unless directed to do so by an official traffic control device, or when waiting to enter a parking space or when unloading freight or passengers.
