A motorized bicycle may not be operated:
(A) By a person under the age of 15 years of age;
(B) By a person who has not obtained an identification card under I.C. 924-16-1, a permit under I.C. 9-24-7-1 and an operator’s license under I.C. 9-24-3-1, or a chauffeur’s license under I.C. 9-24-4-1 or a public passenger chauffeur’s license under I.C. 9-24-5-1;
(C) On the interstate defense network of highways or on sidewalks;
(D) At a speed greater than 25 mph; or
(E) Unless protective headgear and protective glass is worn by persons under the age of 18.
