§ 73.05 RIDING ON ROADWAYS AND BICYCLE PATHS.
   (A)   Every person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall ride as near to the right side of the roadway as practicable, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.
   (B)   Whenever a usable path for bicycles has been provided adjacent to a roadway, bicycle riders shall use such path and not use the roadway.
   (C)   Each person operating a bicycle upon a roadway of the town from half an hour after sunset until half an hour before sunrise shall be responsible and be required to have a working head and taillight on the bicycle visible for 500 feet from the front and the rear. The rear light should be red and the front light should be white.
