§ 73.04 RIDING ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk within a business district.
   (B)   Whenever any person is riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk, such person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian.
