§ 72.05 YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY AT ALLEY EXIT.
   The driver of a vehicle about to enter a street from an alley shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicles or pedestrians approaching on the street and stop before entering onto the sidewalk.
