§ 70.061 CONTAINMENT OF LOADS.

Any person hauling stone, oil, rubbish or any other material shall see that the vehicle shall be of adequate dimensions and tight, so that none of such material shall fall from such vehicle. Any material falling from a vehicle shall be promptly removed from the street by the driver, who shall be responsible for any damage done. All commercial haulers shall cover all loads to prevent damage to other vehicles, pedestrians and other property.
