§ 70.060 DRIVING OR PARKING UPON A SIDEWALK.
   No person shall drive any vehicle upon a sidewalk or sidewalk area, except upon a permanent or duly authorized temporary driveway. No person shall park any vehicle upon a sidewalk or sidewalk area.
