§ 70.023 USE OF SKATEBOARDS AND SIMILAR DEVICES RESTRICTED.

(B) Any use of a skateboard or similar device in the town shall only occur in a manner that protects and respects the pedestrians and motor vehicle occupants in the vicinity of the use of the skateboard or similar device.
