§ 70.004 EMERGENCY TRAFFIC CONTROL.
   (A)   The Town Marshal is authorized to place temporary official traffic control devices when required by an emergency.
   (B)   The Town Marshal shall notify the President of the Town Council of his or her actions as soon thereafter as is practicable. Such official traffic control devices shall not remain longer than 30 days, unless authorized by the Town Council.
