It shall be the duty of the Town Marshal and Deputy Marshal(s) to enforce the street traffic regulations of this town and all of the state laws, make arrests for traffic violations, assist in the prosecution of those persons charged with violations of this title, investigate accidents, cooperate with officials of the town in the administration of the traffic laws and in developing ways to improve traffic conditions, and carry out those duties specially imposed upon the Town Marshal and Deputy Marshal(s) by this traffic chapter and state law.
