(A) Charges for the water and solid waste and recycling shall be billed on a single bill and collected by the town in the manner provided by § 50.03.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer, shall upon receiving the funds set out herein, record the receipts and disbursements therefrom in a manner to validate that the receipts are sufficient to cover the expenditures of the Sanitation Department. Such records will be maintained and presented to the Town Council on a monthly and annual basis.
