§ 51.157 RATES OF SURCHARGE.

   The rate of surcharge for each of the aforementioned constituents shall be as follows:

   (A)   For biochemical oxygen demand (BOD): 12.8 cents per pound;

   (B)   For chemical oxygen demand (COD) where BOD cannot be determined: 12.8 cents per pound; and

   (C)   For suspended solids: 11.9 cents per pound.
