§ 174.26 PROCEDURE WHEN OWNER FAILS TO COMPLY WITH NOTICE.
   Section 93.43 of the Ohio Basic Code is amended to read as follows:
   If the owner, lessee, agent, or tenant having charge of the lands mentioned in § 174.25, fails to comply with the notice required by such section, the village shall cause such noxious weeds to be cut and destroyed or such litter removed and may employ the necessary labor to perform the task. The village shall determine the costs and expenses related to the removal, including an administrative fee, and submit a written statement of such costs and expenses to the owner, lessee, agent, or tenant having charge of such land for payment within 30 days.
