The following words and phrases, when used in this chapter of the Municipal Code of Ordinances, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section.
COURT or MUNICIPAL COURT. The municipal court identified in the Ohio Revised Code as having jurisdiction over the Village of Ottawa Hills.
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. Those persons appointed pursuant to § 737.16 of the Ohio Revised Code whose duties include the issuance of parking infraction tickets while engaged in such duty.
NOTIFICATION OF INFRACTION. The notice mailed to the owner or operator of a vehicle involved in a parking infraction pursuant to § 37.05 of this code.
PARKING VIOLATIONS BUREAU. The Parking Violations Bureau established by the Village Council of Ottawa Hills pursuant to § 173.26 of this code.
VEHICLE(S). Has the same meaning as in Ohio Revised Code § 4511.01.
