§ 173.15 NONCRIMINAL PARKING VIOLATIONS.

Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4521.02, violations of this chapter shall not be considered a criminal offense for any purpose, persons who commit a violation of this chapter shall not be arrested as a result of the commission of the violation, and the violation(s) shall be handled pursuant to Chapter 37 of the Municipal Code.
