§ 176.02 LOUD SPEAKERS.
   (A)   Village Council deems it necessary in the public interest to prohibit the use of amplifiers or loud speakers when the use of these devices disturb the quiet and comfort of persons in any dwelling or other type of residence.
   (B)   Upon receiving a complaint, any person using the devices set forth in division (A) of this section shall take immediate steps to reduce the volume to a point where it no longer disturbs any resident of the village.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
