(A) No person, firm, association or corporation shall engage in a garage sale or home sale on a Sunday or legal holiday.
(B) For purposes of this section, a garage sale is the sale of personal property to the public conducted on any portion of the residence property within a residential zoning district, to include but not be limited to garage sales, patio sales, yard sales, carport sales, basement sales, porch sales, driveway sales, estate sales, and the like.
