§ 174.03 KEEPING OF FARM ANIMALS OR WILD ANIMALS AND LIVESTOCK.
   (A)   No person shall own, possess, or have custody on his premises of any farm animal, wild or vicious animal or livestock for display, training or exhibition purposes, whether gratuitously or for a fee, or that is maintained for food or fiber.
   (B)   No person shall keep or permit to be kept any farm animal or wild animal or livestock as a pet.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each subsequent offense is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation continues or occurs.
