§ 173.13 COMMERCIAL TRACTOR AND SEMITRAILER PARKING.
   (A)   No person in charge or in control of any property within the village, whether as owner, occupant, tenant, or otherwise, shall park, or allow to be parked, a commercial tractor, semitrailer, or combination thereof, on their premises.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, commercial tractor and semitrailer have the same meaning as given those terms in § 70.01 of the Ohio Basic Code.
