§ 173.10 PARKING PROHIBITIONS.
   Section 76.04(A) of the Ohio Basic Code is amended by adding the following divisions:
   (A)   (17)   On any street, highway, or roadway between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
      (18)   On a parade route during a parade or for a period of one hour before the starting time of such parade.
      (19)   Within ten feet of an auto mailbox.
      (20)   Within ten feet of a bulk refuse container.
      (21)   Within one foot of a wheelchair ramp.
      (22)   On any street or highway during a Level 2 or 3 snow emergency, as declared by the Lucas County Sheriff. Vehicles unlawfully parked during a snow emergency or parked illegally may be towed.
      (23)   In the space between the property line and the edge of the paved roadway, except when a permit has been issued, but only for the period of time between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and when said space is paved and a clear space of at least six feet from the property line towards the edge of the paved roadway is provided for pedestrians.
      (24)   On any school playground area or lawn, or any private lawn within the village.
      (25)   Adjacent to any yellow curb.
      (26)   Any location without continuous paved access to the public right-of-way or any location in which the vehicle must travel across a lawn, school playground, or private land (excluding paved driveways) to get to or from the public right-of-way.
