§ 173.01 PEDESTRIAN WALKING ALONG HIGHWAY.
   Section 72.056(C) of the Ohio Basic Code is amended to read as follows:
   (C)   (1)   In the case of two or more pedestrians walking, jogging or running along and upon a street, alley or highway, the provisions of division (C) above shall apply and each pedestrian shall proceed in single file when vehicular traffic approaches from the opposite direction.
      (2)   During the time from one-half hour before sunset to one-half hour after sunrise, and at any other times when there are unfavorable atmospheric conditions (including insufficient natural light) which prevent persons from being clearly discernible at a distance of 300 feet, every pedestrian while on a street, alley or highway, including the paved shoulder, shall wear between neck and waist, material such as a vest, sash band or tape which is reflective so as to be clearly discernible at night at a distance of 300 feet.
