11-21-1: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter is to alleviate or prevent congestion of the public right-of-way and to promote the safety and general welfare of the public by establishing minimum requirements for off street parking of motor vehicles in accordance with the utilization of various parcels of land or structures.
