§ 153.020 ZONING DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.
   The following zoning classifications are hereby established within the city:
   (A)   R-1, one- and two-family residential district;
   (B)   R-2, multiple-family residential district;
   (C)   CBD, central business district;
   (D)   C-2, highway commercial district; and
   (E)   M, manufacturing and industrial district.
