§ 116.55 HEALTH INSPECTOR AUTHORITY.
   The issuing authority or health inspectors shall have the authority to inspect or cause to be inspected the licensed premises and adjoining areas in order to ascertain any source of infection or reduce the spread of communicable diseases. These officials shall have the authority to issue appropriate orders to the licensee regarding health and sanitation.
