§ 115.05 LICENSE DENIAL, SUSPENSION, OR REVOCATION; GROUNDS.
   Any license under this chapter may be denied, suspended, or revoked for any of the following reasons:
   (A)   Any conflict with Ch. 153 of this code, regarding zoning;
   (B)   Any conflict with health, building, or building maintenance code provisions, ordinances, or state law;
   (C)   Failure by the applicant to comply with one or more provisions of this chapter;
   (D)   Fraud, misrepresentation, or bribery in securing a license;
   (E)   Fraud, misrepresentation, or false statements made in the course of the applicant’s business; or
   (F)   Violation, within the proceeding five years, of any law relating to theft, damage, or trespass to property, sale of a controlled substance, or operation of business.
