§ 113.03 DEFINITIONS.
   In addition to the definitions contained in M.S. § 340A.101, for the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LIQUOR. Without modification by the words “intoxicating” or “3.2% malt,” includes both intoxicating liquor and 3.2% malt liquor.
